Senior BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination on major projects. You will be responsible for model synthesis and management of collaborative workflows between project stakeholders, ensuring BIM delivery excellence and quality assurance across all project phases.

Coordinate multi-discipline BIM models (Architecture, Structure, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
Conduct clash detection sessions via Navisworks or BIMcollab
Produce BIM synthesis reports and ensure resolution follow-up
Set up and manage the Common Data Environment (CDE)
Draft and update the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
Train and support modeling teams on BIM standards and workflows
Lead BIM coordination meetings with stakeholders
Review and validate model data quality and IFC compliance
Manage interface coordination between project disciplines

Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in BIM methodologies and proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.

Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Civil Engineering
Minimum 4 years of BIM coordination experience on major projects
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIMcollab, and Solibri
In-depth knowledge of IFC standards and openBIM protocols
Experience with CDE platforms (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Trimble Connect)
Excellent communication skills and team leadership capabilities
Professional fluency in French and English
Demonstrated ability to manage complex coordination workflows

You will work on large-scale multidisciplinary projects requiring structured BIM coordination and rigorous delivery standards.
